Utilizing 60 computer spring forming machines, projectors, digital torque, tension, compression, elasticity meters, endurance and salt spray testing equipment, we have a daily production capacity of 3 million pieces.

We also have 18 QC auditors who ensure all our products are manufactured accurately. To control quality from the very start, our raw materials, such as SUS, carbon steel, copper and piano wire are sourced from reliable suppliers who have been cooperating with us for 10 years, such as those in China, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
